Who is responsible
Ligatable is operated by EPOM SERVICES LTD, 79 Spyros Kyprianou Avenue, Protopapas Building, 2nd floor, office 201, 3076 Limassol, Cyprus (VAT CY10334815G). For anything about your data, use the form on the Advertising page; it reaches the same people.
Ligatable has no accounts and no sign-in. Your settings live in your own browser, we keep a push subscription only if you ask for notifications, and the ads come from our ad partner. Here is exactly what that involves.
Stored in your browser
Theme, text size, starred matches, followed teams, hidden competitions and your time zone are saved in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device unless you turn on notifications. Clearing site data removes them.
Notifications
When you turn on push notifications, your browser creates a subscription (an address and two keys it generates itself) and we store it together with the matches, teams and competitions you follow and your language. We use it only for the goal, half-time and full-time alerts you asked for. Turning notifications off deletes it on our side; a subscription that stops accepting messages is deleted automatically.
Contact form
Messages sent through the advertising form are kept with the name, email address and text you entered so that we can reply. Nothing else is done with them.
Advertising
Ads are delivered by the Epom ad server, which may set cookies on its own domains to cap how often you see an ad and to measure whether it was visible. The only cookies on ligatable.com itself are the ones our consent manager writes to remember your choice. Where the law requires consent, ads load only after you have given it.
Traffic quality
Every page runs Plauzo, our own traffic-quality service. It looks for bots and automated traffic, not at you: it keeps nothing beyond the browser tab, sets no cookies, uses no long-term storage and holds no identifier that could recognise you on a later visit or on another site. Preventing ad fraud is a legitimate interest under the GDPR, so this check runs without consent; it is never used to target advertising.
Servers and CDN
Requests pass through Cloudflare, which keeps short-lived connection logs for security and performance. Our own servers log request paths and status codes without personal identifiers.
Your rights
You can see, change or delete everything we hold: browser settings are yours to clear, a push subscription is removed by turning notifications off, and contact-form messages are deleted on request through the same form. Residents of the EEA, the UK and Switzerland have the rights set out in the GDPR, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
